Rates are per villa per night. Villas can be rented separately or together sleeping a maximum of 22 guests.

June - October
- 4 night minimum
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR
- 7 night minimum for either week or 10 nights for both Christmas and New Year
10% Discount on total rate if both villas are rented together in high and low season.
